Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Medinoww is a doorstep medicine delivery platform. Medicines are dispensed and billed by our licensed pharmacy partner. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, returns and refunds are governed by strict guidelines to ensure safety and compliance.

2. No Refund After Successful Delivery

Once an order has been successfully delivered, no refund will be provided, except in the cases specifically mentioned below.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Delay caused due to incorrect address or unavailability

  • Products once accepted at delivery (unless damaged or incorrect)

3. Eligible Cases for Return / Exchange / Refund

Returns or refunds are allowed only in the following cases:

  • Damaged medicines received

  • Wrong medicine delivered (different from the invoice or prescription)

The issue must be reported on the same day of delivery.

4. Doorstep (Fast Delivery) Orders – Same Day Policy

For fast doorstep delivery orders, the following rules apply:

  • Any damage or wrong medicine must be reported within the same day of delivery

  • Requests made after the same day will not be accepted

  • Products must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With invoice intact

Resolution:

  • ☐ Replacement (Exchange) will be provided

  • ☐ Refund will be issued only if replacement is not possible

5. In-Shop Purchases Policy

For medicines purchased directly from the shop:

  • No refunds are provided

  • Only exchange is allowed in case of:

    • Damaged product

    • Wrong product dispensed

Time Limit:

  • Exchange allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase

Conditions:

  • Original bill must be presented

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Medicines once opened or partially used

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products without valid invoice

  • Temperature-sensitive medicines not reported on the same day

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved (only in eligible cases):

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Medinoww is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

8. How to Raise a Return Request

To report a damaged or wrong delivery, contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

9. Final Authority

Medinoww and its pharmacy partner reserve the right to verify all claims and make the final decision regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds.

No refund after delivery.
Exchange or refund only for damaged or wrong medicines.
Doorstep delivery: same-day reporting only.
In-shop purchase: exchange within 7 days (no refund).
